B12 deficiency

Hi. My serum B12 level is 210. Cutoff for deficiency is 200. Do I need to take any supplement or injection ? Currently I am breastfeeding and taking Autrin everyday. Also will my deficiency have any impact on baby B12 levels.

As your breastfeeding women you can take supplement and it will not affect your baby.... Can continue with autrin capsule
