Can we take b12 and vitamin d tablets without consulting on our own? And if yes what is the tablet we can take? I feel a litle drowsy and fatigue and feel tingling pin like sensation in hands and legs palm and sole of feet

You need test for the levels of these vitamins and blood test for cause of lethargy .and then medicine can be prescribed for specific reason.
