Aziderm 15% gel related!
Hello Doctors,
I have been dealing with pimples and acne on my cheeks for some time now. I have acne prone skin. Today I tried using Aziderm 15% gel, but after applying it, I experienced tingling and itchiness. Later, I noticed some direct white/lightened patches on my skin in that area also my face got red.
I am concerned whether this is a normal reaction or if I should stop using it. Could you please advise me on what might be happening and suggest the right treatment for my acne?

Tingling and burning is common with aziderm.
Don't apply aziderm for a few days.
Use a gentle cleanser and strict sun protection in the form of caps, scarf and sunscreen to apply

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. As for products, for the time being use ONLY cleansers like Cetaphil or Dove to calm the skin down and dab dry...do not rub. Rose water may be useful.

Having a white cast after using aziderm 15% indicates that you are applying too much of it.
Use a pea sized amount and apply directly on clean, dry skin .
Don’t use any other actives( salicylic acids/retinoids) while using it.
Mild redness and tingling can be experienced in first few days, use on alternate day and then gradually shift to daily.
