I do get a feeling from what you have narrated that you probably need a better understanding of sexual urge, masturbation as a source to satisfy it and the biological aspects of semen, including its quantity and quality on ejaculation. My presumption is that a lot of your current state of mind is resulting out of your anxiety because of the inadequacy in your understanding of all these. I would suggest you to get guided on the matters of the biological effects of sex, masturbation and ejaculation from a qualified and experienced urologist (doctor). If the awareness that you will get from that doctor does not normalise your state of mind, please get help from a psychologist on dealing with your issues.
Addiction to sexual activities including masturbation needs to be dealt with appropriately. But you also need to know that the urge (maybe repeated at times) to satisfy sexual desires is not addiction always. You may consider engaging into hetrosexual activities with a legally acceptable partner (spouse, mostly) and see how your urge to masturbate gets addressed.
