Hello there,,,, well avascular necrosis refers to lack of blood supply to bone...it will eventually lead the bone to collapse....however many factors are looked into before deciding on the surgery,,,
You are a young person,,,and if medicines and other conservative treatments fail...then surgery is the choice of treatment....
