I appreciate your care and concern towards your brother. It's better to check his BP on different occasions ( when he is happy/ playful as well as when he is not easy and comfortable). Make a chart of it. If it's consistently above 120/80mmhg, we need to consider lifestyle changes and medicine if needed. It would have been nice if you have posted his current medication. Better to check his BP on Mercury machine than normal one at home.. that confirms his actual bp

B.p.is normal,  slight variations can occur daily. For the little fast pulse rate, get Haemoglobin,  thyroid function tests done and share results.  Then I can guide you further.

An increase in blood pressure can be caused by many factors, including heart-related conditions, high cholesterol, family history, lack of physical activity, poor sleep, stress, obesity, certain medications, and several other medical and non-medical conditions.
Next Steps
A proper evaluation is necessary to identify the exact cause. For an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, I recommend scheduling an online or in-person consultation.
