Hi doctor,I am 23 years old  My periods are delayed by 1 week for the first time before that every time my periods were regular. So, I did sonography today and here is the scan and report attached. Could you please tell about the scans and what is the cause for the delayed period?

The scan is normal You need a pregnancy test if u are sexually active If not then get ur Thyroid n prolactin levels checked
