Just a report is never the means of correct diagnosis. She needs to tell her problems and then only the mri report has relevance.

As per the MRI report, she is having mild compression of spinal cord at cervical spine level in neck.. This may happen due to some degenerative changes occurring around the spinal cord causing compression and hence the symptoms. But if she is having symptoms only in the legs, she should get some more details of MRI of lumbar spine region to check nerve compression at lower level as well..
