Considering your age and accordingly you come in an elderly gravida which has its high risk pros  and cons so starting tab ecosprin will prove beneficial.If your doctor is suggesting you to start you should start.There is no risk if you are taking the tab.

If you get spotting or bleeding any time during the pregnancy then stop aspirin immediately and consult your doctor.
