If eardrum rupture due to another reason without ear infection will it heal on its own ? I mean if there is no infection in the ear but eardrum rupture So will it heal on its own or not ?

Get examination done to check injury to middle ear  structure also.. If only ear drum ruptures, it generally heals  .

Yes it will heal ... But keep ear dry .. no water no oil no ear drop should be instilled

If ear drum rupture caused due to trauma , and is very recent , without ear infection if protected well without water entry into the ears,  and no ear drops,  and not catching cold  if all precautions taken well will heal on its own over a period of time in most patients.
