My husband was diagnosed with hypospermia last year...and he still has little sperm count and sperm is bit thick...so in such situation we are planning for a babby...will ge get conceive naturally 😭😭😭😭

This is not Hypospermia. This is oligozoospermia or oligospermia. You didn't mention the exact sperm count. Yes. You can conceive naturally but the chances are less. It is better to consult your Gynaecologist in your area and try for IUI.
