Is Mild PAH serious? I recently went for 2D echo and came to know that I have Mild TR with Mild PAH. Is it concerning in my case, please see my report. Report attached

Your echo shows normal heart pumping function and right ventricular strength (TAPSE 2.2), which is good.The mention of ‘mild pulmonary hypertension’ is often seen in screening echocardiograms and in most young patients without symptoms it does not indicate a serious problem. but if real, it may be linked to heart or lung causes.
