There is a possibility of joint inflammatory disorder most probably Rheumatoid Arthritis..
ESR level of 110 is very high.. It might be because of inflammation only ..

You should get some other tests also like CBC, CRP, RA factor, S. uric acid so that the condition and type of the disease is confirmed and treatment can be started accordingly..
