My grandmother aged 60 is facing osteo arthritis and septic arthritis. She is having full body pain and the joints have been swollen.. blood pressure is 150/90. Diabetes normal..slight hemoglobin crisis. What should we do?

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Osteoarthritis and septic arthritis are different entities. Osteoarthritis has different treatments according to stage of disease and demands of patient. It's age related degeneration.
