Arthritis and severe pain in knee

I have been diagnosed with arthritis and suggested total knee replacement ..want to know if there is any alternative for knee replacement.

Ur very young to get replacement operation.. there are intra articular injections which improves joint lubrication and relieves from pain.. physio n exercises definitely help u..

Greetings,  sorry about the confusion. If you could have attached x ray image I will definitely help you make a wise decision. Not all arthritis needs surgery.
Next Steps
physiotherapy is the only alternative to proceed without replacement.  you need to do physiotherapy for 6 months to get results, it involves trigger point therapy, massage and strength training program. see a dietitian to know what to eat to strengthen joints.
