I noticed armpit fat from january in my left armpit. It's tender to touch and when I stretch hand it's appearance reduces. It's painless. During my periods I felt the area slight tighter. I've attached photo. Is it only fat?

It seems it's a fibroadenoma. Mostly it is harmless. But must get confirm through USG . Please consult your local Homoeopathic physician. It's curable through Homoeopathic medicines. Usually allopathic physician advice to remove it by surgery.
