Don't take aspirin too much. Instead visit Physiotherapist near by and check for proper diagnosis for you pain at elbow joint. It may b tennis elbow or golfer's elbow or any other.. you can go for specific therapy accordingly like US, taping, cryotherapy, followed by exercises.
