Having bad arm pain starting from shoulder due to a bad sleeping position, what could be a pain killer that can provide an immediate solution to the pain

Taking hand under your head while sleeping is not the acceptable postion for sleeping....take adequate 5 star soft thick pillow to avoid your arm/forearm while sleeping sideways.... While sleeping supine take soft thin pillow Consult to provide you some neck and shoulder ROM exercises

Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. 1. You can try muscle relaxant for immediate relief 2. Do some hot fomentation along with it and apply 3. Ointment for local application
