How to take Arjun chhal churna? Can I take it with water only. I want to avoid milk. Or milk is the only way?

Take one tsp of powder along with 200ml of water reduce or( 100ml water +100ml fat free Milk)boiled and reduce in to half then take empty stomach in the morning.

Best way to get its best results with ksheerpaka vidhi. Take 1glass of water+1glass of skimmed milk+arjun chal powder - 5gm and reduce it till water evaporates.. Consume it leukwarm after filtering it, empty stomach in morning or evening. Substitute ur tea or coffee with arjun tea.

yess you can take with water if it is kashaya powder boil 1 -2 tsp with 400ml of water and reduce it to 100ml
Next Steps
take it twice a day 50ml in the morning empty stomach and 50ml in the evening
