Can sensodent k (potassium nitrate) be the trigger for apthous ulcer? As I am having regular ulcers desite taking medicines

Apthous ulcers are mainly due to weak immune system, stress , bacteria , mouth injury , poor nutrition or some medicine can cause it. U must take vitamin C and B complex on daily basis . Iron supplements and folic acid will also help.
Next Steps

Stop the use of toothpaste at the moment to notice if it triggers ulceration or not. Supplement yourself with becosules Z, apply mucopain gel before eating or drinking. Take proper 8 hours sleep.

Vitamin tablets like Becosule Z for 10 days , Absolute 3 G , and hexidine gel, use mucopain ointment if there is severe discomfort. Aphthous ulcers also occur due to stress or underlying oral or systemic disorders, consult a dentist for detecting the underlying cause.

Desensitizing tooth paste can not be. Cause. New tooth brush bristles may some times cause ulceration upon traumatic/vigorous brushing. Stress, vitamin deficiency are most common of the various causes. Mouth ulcers may appear frequently even because of lack of hemoglobin. If so,  have iron rich foods. Iron supplements. Becosule Z, once in every 3 days. Citrus food consumption. Consume natural sources of antioxidants.
