Anxiety,Upper back pain,gas,little up bp

Hi, i am facing anxiety with slightly up bp 135/90, having right upper back pain and muscle spasm in  slightly left from spine, and facing gas problem. Already taken medicine but not getting good relief. Sometimes with anxiety feel pressure in brain.

Due to anxiety there is fluctuations in Bp. Your BP 130/90 is within normal limit. For pain nd spasm you can take Tab Zerodol SP. Volini gel for local application. For anxiety you can consult me on practo.
