Continue your PEP medication and do not stop it in between. You have to complete the full course of PEP treatment. Do not overthink about the medicine, and avoid repeatedly searching on Google or ChatGPT about this issue, as it may increase your anxiety. Anxiety during PEP is very common but don’t self-add anxiety medicines — some interact badly with Duovir-N (especially nevirapine). More importantly, Duovir-N is not a recommended PEP regimen and needs to be reviewed urgently.
