Health anxiety is a typical worry problem. Worrying is like sitting on a rocking chair that goes nowhere. As a safety behaviour people keep seeing doctors etc. The thoughts that add these compulsions need to be worked upon. Usually the thought is there is something wrong with me and doctors are not able to figure it out. There is a connection we have of thoughts and our physical (body) sensations. This sometimes is wrong interpretation and needs a change.

A 5-10 session treatment of psychologist will be helpful. Initially working on the thoughts and slowly reducing the safety behaviours. One can lead a anxiety free life instead of visiting every doctor in town.
