Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these challenges. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalised advice, especially given your history with anxiety and hepatitis B medication. In the meantime, consider adopting a holistic approach to alleviate your body pain and fatigue. Incorporate regular physical activity, like gentle yoga or walking, to help reduce anxiety and improve energy levels. Prioritise a well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, while staying hydrated. Practicing relaxation techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, or deep-breathing exercises can also help manage anxiety symptoms. Additionally, establishing a regular sleep schedule is crucial for recovery and energy levels. Engaging in activities you enjoy and connecting with supportive friends or family members can further boost your well-being. Remember that these steps should complement professional guidance, so reconnecting with a healthcare provider is highly advisable.

1. Consult a Professional Since anxiety can manifest physically, check with a psychiatrist and a psychologist for possible treatments or reassessing medication for anxiety. 2. Micro-Breaks for Body Pain Take short, 3-5 minute breaks throughout your day where you do simple stretches or change your posture. This helps relieve muscle tension and prevents the pain from building up throughout the day. 3. Mindfulness Practices Incorporate simple deep breathing or mindfulness technique you know/like to help reduce stress and calm the mind. 4. Physical Therapy If body pain continues, consider seeing a physiotherapist to address any physical issues. I hope these help
