Anxiety issues

I get worried about everything. I am so scared to get to work everyday because I think I will not have answers and I don't know how to do this work. I'm only a month old here. I'm scared of everything new and everything that I don't know what the outcome will be. So much so that I want to hide at all times. Every morning is a struggle to get out of bed and I tend to postpone it for as long as I can. I don't want to be so scared at all times. I have always had this issue. In school, college and now at work. Fear consumes me completely

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
