Your mentioning a timeline of 6 months tells me that you were not anxious before hand..?? Was there any incident which has triggered all these issues..?? There could be certain incidents which reduce our confidence level to an extent where we are scared to engage in similar tasks to begin with, which eventually gets transferred even to trivial tasks. It's a negative loop we get into. You need to get back to onset of this anxiety and find out the cause. Once you have a clarity about the cause, you already are a step ahead in tackling the outcome. Again, there would be things which you are doing without being anxious just like the question you have asked here seeking help. Do notice those things every day.
