Hello.
Anxiety can lead to panic attacks and they can lead to chances of BP in the long run and damages to the heart. The heart starts to get affected right during the phase of anxiety itself.
It is vital and responsible to seek therapy for anxiety and panic attacks so that they don't have such huge impact on physical health.
I am open to therapy and consultation.
Consider contacting me for the same.
Hope this helps.
