Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Recognising own symptoms and the desire to get fine is usually the first step towards well being....many people keep suffering and don't  seek help..don't fear going to a Psychiatrist....today we have good medicines which can help you with all the problems u have described, and contrary to the popular belief these are not addictive when taken as per the doctor's advise..
