I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since 2017 and irritable bowel syndrome since 2013 and it got severe in 2020 so i am under treatment of my psychiatrist since then and all the symptoms are controlled but with the cost of some side effects i am taking nexpro 40 in the morning along with metoprolol xl 25 before breakfast and after breakfast Desvenlafaxine 50 and 0.25 mg clonazepam and in the night desvenlafaxine 50 trifluoperazine 1mg and clonazepam 0.25 but it is causing me side effects like fast heart above 100 always so betablocker is prescribed to counter it and i always feel sleepy type and have long sleep cannot wake up till afternoon and then also feel sleepy i want to get rid of meds or change it but reducing any of the meds cause anxiety again i know most docs will answer consult doc but i am already consultation kindly advice so that i can discuss with my Doc or try something of my own
