Hi Thanks for reaching out. You are on medication for anxiety disorder. If you are experiencing side effect of medication talk to a psychiatrist about it. You are also feeling sleep deprived. It is necessary to know what is making you feel anxious. With a psychologist you can talk about your childhood, eating habits, physical activity, sleep pattern, and family history of anxiety disorder. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. A psychologist will guide you on how to manage anxiety and feel calm. A psychologist will also guide you on how you can sleep better at night. Sleep disturbance often occurs when a person is anxious or stressed. It is quite possible that you are being given medicine for the same. However, what you can do is practice sleep hygiene as well. It is a set of behavioral practices which help in improving the quality of sleep. For more detailed information, please consult a psychologist.

Yes, if u can keep cool and sit for long time I strongly suggest meditation (preferably guided), it will enable understand yourself. Social circle plays very important role. I understand that dealing with anxiety can be tough. If you're already on medication, that's a positive step. In addition to medication, therapy can be beneficial. It equips you with techniques to manage anxiety in the long term. Consider trying online therapy sessions, like Mind Sculpt. Therapists can provide guidance on sleep issues, teaching you methods to relax and improve sleep. Combining therapy with medication brings about positive and lasting changes.

Нello, It's great that you're reaching out for support. It could be one of the side effect of the medication you need to consult with your concerned doctor who has prescribed you the medicine. Sleep deprivation can worsen anxiety. Maintain a healthy sleep schedule. You can start therapy as well, therapy helps by targeting the distressing thoughts and emotions so that the tension and nervousness are lessened and automatically sleep will improve.
Next Steps
You can see a Clinical Psychologist, have an assessment for the severity of your anxiety symptoms. And then you can continue with therapy. You will have amazing outcomes with these two ( Medication and Therapy). And this issue can be treated from the root cause.
