I have had panic attacks, depression and fear every day since 2 years.  There is a feeling of heart attack or there is a problem with my heart.  Mai bahut bar ecg karwa chuka hu pr normal aa rha hai.  mera left hand pain karta hai or bahut jyda gastric problem hoti h pls batye kuch.

Haanji .. mainly aapko anxiety disorder hai ..usme yeh sab symptoms appear hote hai jaise ki dil ke dhadkane badh jaana , jyada paseena aana , hath pair kampne lagna , chest pain lagna , aesa lagna ki jaise heart attack aa jayega ..plz kuch din dawai start kijiye aur daily walking kijiye
