I have had panic attacks, depression and fear every day since 2 years.  There is a feeling of heart attack or there is a problem with my heart.  Mai bahut bar ecg karwa chuka hu pr normal aa rha hai.  mera left hand pain karta hai or bahut jyda gastric problem hoti h pls batye kuch.

If you are physically ok..these symptoms can be due ro generalized anxiety disorder..consult for further treatment
