Anxiety Attacks

2017-10-09 09:22:32
I've been having panic attacks before I go to sleep and this prevents me from sleeping. I'm constantly thinking about it and I feel like I'm loosing control. I've tried breathing slowly, meditation, some relax remedy spray. None of these have helped me, I'm 15. I've been speaking to my parents about it but they don't know what to do either. I rarely leave my bedroom, the only time I leave the house is to go to school. I know that it's all in my head but I can't control my emotions.
