Anxiety attacks, couldn't sleep.

Whenever I have a problem I suddenly do impulsive things that made each situation worse. I couldn't sleep so I'm wide awake thinking of horrible things that might happen and even suicide though I haven't attempted one.

You should consult a counselor, for now on start with meditation twice a day for 15 mins each session, it shall help you out with focus and won't allow you to take impulsive decision and help you focus on important things. Secondly I would like you to google "breathing techniques for anxiety" and practice it whenever you start to realize your thought process is diverting towards a negative emotion. Practice this for a week and you shall reap it's benefits.
Next Steps
I would suggest you see a counselor

It is very important to understand that problems that keep on coming are not there to frighten us or bring us down. Change your perspective about problems, when you are faced with one, tell your self. "Along with the problem, I am also equipped with sufficient skill to come up with a solution" Remember solving a problem is like crossing a hurdle in a "HURDLE RACE" You only move ahead, you grow. View problems as opportunity to growth. Trust yourself and give a tap on your back for coming to a logical solution, slowly you will improve.... You could consult a therapist, Who could help you change the way you deal with stuff in your life
