About 4 months ago I had Panic attack, since then my anxiety levels have gone up. I didn't have panic attack again but very frequently I have been crying a lot. I'm under medication Panazep LS. I feel very disgusting crying in front of my wife, elder father. Work, job stresses have got into me.
