I'm taking nexito 5mg for 20 days . Should I stop them or I have to take some other medicine. Or it should not good to stop nexito and do not have any other medicine.

See, you won't get a result as soon as you start nexito... You'll have to follow up with a psychiatrist, and optimise the dose as prescribed. It would take atleast 2-3 weeks to settle down...
