The patient is going through severe anxiety and depression.Due to this she is showing signs of violence like throwing of objects ,talking and shouting meaningless things and is not listening to anyone and cannot be controlled.. In this situation we are hopeless and want some proper treatment for the patient..

Considering the fact that the patient referred to is 70 yrs old, we need to relook at the diagnosis. Is it only depression or is there any other diagnosis? Apart from Psychiatric problems there are a lot of physical health issues which manifest the way you have described  .
