Anxiety and depression and neg thoughts

I have anxiety and always negative thoughts are disturbing my mind . I am taking anti depression medicines since last 20 year. The name of medicine is Venlift OD -75 and another one is Zapiz-0.5 and this I take during bed time both the medicine. But since last two months I am feeling very depressed and even my hands start shivering very often. Please advise what to do as I am not feeling good at all.
