Annular bulge of L4 L 5

Mri reveals diffuse annular bulge of L4 L5 disc with epidural thecal sac impingement and foraminal encroachment L>R there are Schmorl's nodes in multiple lumbar vertebrae. Can you please suggest what is the issue.

If you don't have any problem, MRI finding should not bother you as more than 50% people without any problem also have MRI changes. But if you're having back pain/ leg pain or other problem, it should be correlated with history, clinical examination. Then only we can advise you.

Hi, It’s better if we relate the mri reports with your clinical symptoms, so consult directly so that proper history of your complains can be taken, and kindly share the mri report as well. Management can be started only on basis of your complains.
