Pain in waist since 3 days, not able to walk properly. Whenever I move any of my body part, pain arises and gives me pressure. It feels like flammable inside the affected area

Looks like an acute onset of pain and inflammation

Take rest,  consult a good Rheumatologist once pain subsides please  meet a physio and start gentile exercises to improve flexibility  and increase strength

Dear Sir Stretching exercises would be helpful for you. Visit the nearest physiotherapist and plan self and passive stretching regimes to be taken at regular intervals.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sorry to hear that you are suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis. As the joints especially the spine get inflamed, moving the joint causes immense pain. Visit a good rheumatologist who can put you on the right medication to bring the inflammation and pain under control.
Next Steps
Keeping the joints supple and mobile is critical to counter stiffness. So exercises are important. If you have access to a swimming pool, do exercises inside the pool. Keep walking as well. Obviously this will be possible only pain is brought under control with medications.
