I am suffering with ankylosing spondylitis I have s joint pains in hip .it is more severe in night compared to day time unable to move difficult to rotate in bed.and lose back pain and sevier stiffness problem.what to do what is treatment and medication

This disease cause stiffness and sometimes even fusion of the joints. Now a days good treatment is available. To know that disease is in active stage get blood test done.
Next Steps
Patient should go for range of motion of joints and spine. Maintain flexibility of joints. swimming is very good exercise for this disease.
