Hello, very unfortunately i slipped from stair causing ankle twist, some swelling across the ankle joint and although i can walk but Movement is restricted.Major problem i dont anybody here, right now in dubai and medical help is not nearby. I can also share photo, i know some generic med like Etoshine mr, ZYMOFLAM etc but i dont have them right now. Any kind of suggestion is appreciable.

Hello, apply ice pack for atleast 20 mintues thrice in a day . Apply crepe bandage.keep you foot raised on pillow . Give your foot enough rest .
