Twisting of ankle causes ligament injury (sprain) which needs proper treatment. Without it swelling will increase. Please consult with me. Need to know a few more things before giving proper advice

If difficulty in walking, better to apply plaster for 10 days If no difficulty in walking, take medicine and rest
