Ankle swelling,pain,difficult to walk

Had an ankle sprain on July 19 2020, as i jumped over the net while playing, after 45 days taken a MRI scan showing partial ligament tear at ankle(please refer attached image of MRI report) and got a cast done up to 8 weeks. But still have pain, swelling and difficult to walk at ankle. Can you please tell me that ligaments are healed or not and how  to overcome swelling,pain,and difficulty in walking. Thank you

Multi ligament injury was there. Start with physiotherapy. Avoid sternuous activities. Tab tendocare forte three times a day for 15 days might help

There was partial tear and sprain of multiple ligaments around ankle.. It usually take around 6 to 8 weeks for ligament sprains to heal.. It may take some more time depending on the nature of injury..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with physiotherapy and strengthening exercises of ankle joint.. You can take analgesic, calcium, vit d supplement, multivitamins which will help in better healing of the soft tissue. You may apply crepe bandage for support..

Avoid weight bearing over ankle joint, avoid standing and walking for long time, avoid running exercises...
