Your reports show mildly elevated liver enzymes, while kidney function and urine examination appear normal. Bilateral ankle swelling after starting intense exercise is likely related to overuse or dependent edema, but other causes should be evaluated. Reduce workout intensity temporarily, elevate your legs, and consider compression stockings. Monitor your BP and consult a physician for examination and, if swelling persists, further evaluation (including venous Doppler/cardiac assessment if indicated). Seek urgent care if swelling becomes painful, one-sided, or is associated with breathlessness

The ankle swelling you describe — bilateral, painless, occurring after daily running and leg workouts for 14 days — is most likely exercise-induced edema. During intense or sustained physical activity, blood pools in the lower limbs due to gravity and vasodilation, causing fluid to shift into the ankle tissues. Since your kidney, liver, and blood tests are all normal, this is reassuring and exercise-induced edema is the likely cause. You can continue working out. However, your BP of 140/90 at 32 years old is an important finding that needs separate attention — at your age this is Stage 2 hypertension and should be evaluated by a doctor, especially since high BP can sometimes contribute to or worsen leg swelling over time.
Next Steps
Continue your workout but elevate your legs after exercise and stay hydrated. Also see a doctor about your BP of 140/90 — at 32, this needs proper evaluation and possibly treatment. An ECG is a reasonable next step as well. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
