I met with accident that time my leg was broken now I can't walk plz tell me how physiotherapy works on my ankle

If you had done pop and surgery according your broken  after this start physiotherapy it will give you proper movement and proper activity.

If you have undergone plaster and it's now removed, consult an orthopedic physiotherapist to regain movement and strength of the ankle and foot. He will guide on requirement of electrotherapy and mobility and strength training.

Visit orthopaedic surgeon take proper treatment for broken leg then as per guidance  start physiotherapy.

icing on painfull part will be helpful thrice a day for 15 mins. Try and keep leg in elevation to avoid oedema for few mins as per comfort.
