My Dad is having a severe ankle pain and looks like there is some water content (doesn't look like a pus though). He recently had a diabetic issue which went upto 400 (now this is in control). He is unable to walk due to the pain. Please advise which doctor to consult. As he has gone to numerous local doctor but pain doesn't go.
