I feel pain inside my ankle of my right foot when I get up after sitting a lying down for a while. Sometimes my feets became heavier.

Did you have any blunt trauma to rt ankle jt or any  history of over straining in the recent past? If so let me know. You need to investigate for it. Do some blood test like RA factor, ASO titre etc.
