What or at whom are you Angry about? !!! Yourself or  the society! !! For behaviour there should be a reason or cause behind it. It is all a learned process. You are basically a good human..So I would suggest  you to consult a psychologist and get a clarity about all those.

You need to have cognitive behavior therapy sessions, to modify your thoughts and remove the anxiety.

You will need help to manage your anger as well as skills for social interactions. I understand your frustration, but it will make things more difficult for you if you behave badly with others, personally or professionally. You may be having depression, causing hopelessness and irritability. Please consult a Psychiatrist for the same. Other than that, look up anger management and stress busting techniques to help you feel better. Try moderate exercise, yoga, deep breathing and meditation as adjuvants to help with your problem.
