How do i control my anger, i get anger very fast specially during my periods, most probably due to hormonal changes and speak very rude that leads to fights, please help

It is indeed premenstrual dysphoria. Visit a psychiatrist near you who can collaborate with a gynaecologist  for your ttmt..

hormonal changes do add to change in mood or behavior. since you are aware that it happens mostly during your menses, you should be conscious of your behavior.
Next Steps
drink water sip by sip, move away from the anger provoking situation, count backwards,listen to music, read. these are tarditional methods but work very well in such situations.

Your anger about everything and anything need not be the resin of your periods. It's an excu5for not finding the reason and the control.of it. Please consult a counsellor and fix your anger in general so that you get a peaceful life overall.

The symptoms you have mentioned are not uncommon under PMS and during periods for many females, there is no problem with your control over your mood or anger. Just visit to your gynecologist or general physician and you will feel comfortable.
