Anger is a secondary emotion. Under lying it there can be lots of other emotions like feeling of being hirt, resentments etc. To help you, it is neccessary to know how it is affecting you, in what circumstances, in what intensity etc. That means a detail evaluation and some consecutive sessions are needed. I would request you to visit a clinical psychologist for the same. They won't indulge you into medications, only psychotherapy sessions and detail psychological evaluation.
